All Over-The-Top products are custom-made based on the information and materials provided by the customer.
Because each order is custom produced:
All sales are final once production has begun
Designs, layouts, and card compositions may vary
Minor variations between previews and final products are expected
2. AI-Generated and Custom Text
Some card text, summaries, or descriptions displayed during the ordering process may be generated using automated or AI-assisted tools.
You acknowledge and agree that:
AI-generated text is provided as a creative aid
Final card text may differ from previews due to layout, card sizing, or production constraints
Over-The-Top is not responsible for factual accuracy of AI-generated content
You are responsible for reviewing and approving content prior to submission
3. Image Uploads and Content Rights
By uploading photos, logos, names, or other content, you confirm that:
You own the content or have the legal right to use it
You have obtained any necessary permissions from players, parents, guardians, or rights holders
The content does not infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or personal rights
Over-The-Top does not verify ownership of uploaded content. Responsibility for content rights remains solely with the customer.
4. Offensive or Inappropriate Content
Over-The-Top reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any order that contains content deemed inappropriate, offensive, illegal, or harmful.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Hate speech
Explicit or sexual content
Harassment or bullying
Illegal or defamatory material

5. Design, Layout, and Production Variations
Due to the nature of custom card design and physical printing:
Cropping, layout, and alignment may vary
Colors may differ between on-screen previews and printed cards
Card text placement may change to fit final designs
Card sizing and packaging constraints may affect final presentation
These variations are normal and do not constitute defects.
6. Turnaround Times
Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on:
Order volume
Design complexity
Production capacity
Shipping considerations
Over-The-Top is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control.
7. Promotional Use
Unless otherwise requested in writing, Over-The-Top may use images of completed cards or packs for promotional purposes, including on our website or social media.
No personal contact information will be shared, and names may be obscured upon request.
8. Refunds and Reprints
Because all products are custom:
Refunds are not offered once production has begun
Reprints may be considered in cases of verified production errors
Variations in design, color, or layout do not qualify as defects
Any issues must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Over-The-Top is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order
Over-The-Top is not responsible for third-party claims related to uploaded content
